Bria is a happy eight-year-old little girl who brings joy to those around her with her infectious laugh and magnetic smile. When Bria was 15 months old, her mother noticed that her bubbly baby was no longer repeating words or making eye contact and smiling. It was like the light went out, and her parents knew something was wrong. When Bria turned three, she was officially diagnosed with autism. She was nonverbal, but the combination of her school, her teachers, her therapy team, and her family’s love and support have been instrumental in bringing her back to the chatty, feisty, lovable little girl she once was. She has amazed her family and supporters over the years and continues to work hard.
